My father got into a small accident with a tree last week and I wanted to find a reputable and reasonable auto body shop in Manhattan. I have heard and read about horror stories that have happened to unsuspecting owners who have taken their cars to auto body shops and left unsatisfied with the quality and service that they received.
I took my car to an autobody place called Broadway Automotive up on 194th Street and B'way and they did an amazing job and charged me a reasonable price! They took an unsightly dent on the front of my hood/grill and did a superb job. The car looks like new!
In addition to fixing the front damage they hammered out other dents that I had (one from someone sitting on the hood), evened out the hood (it was slightly raised on one side) and even washed the car!
I couldn't be happier with the results. The quality is spot-on (no uneveness, bumps or irregularities).
I'd also like to add that I was treated very well by the staff. This is an important part of the service. It's always appreciated by the customer when they get treated well and they receive their car in good repair.
Lastly, the guys at Broadway Automotive got my car back to me in the time they promised (2 days!) and I was able to get back on the road in no time at all.
I would not hesitate to highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for auto body work.
